Ash-Shaykh ibn Baz was asked if in the expiation of the oath if one can feed one person ten times.

He replied:

“It is obligatory that he tries to find ten [people to feed]. Thus, if you’ve fed one person repeatedly, then it is not sufficient. It must be ten [different people], as Allah says in his noble book in Surah Al Maaidah,

‘Allah will not punish you for what is unintentional in your oaths, but He will punish you for your deliberate oaths; for its expiation (a deliberate oath) feed ten Masakin (poor persons), on a scale of the average of that with which you feed your own families; or clothe them; or manumit a slave. But whosoever cannot afford (that), then he should fast for three days. That is the expiation for the oaths when you have sworn . And protect your oaths (i.e. do not swear much) . Thus Allah make clear to you His Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) that you may be grateful.’ [5:89]

This is a clarification that the stance that says it is sufficient to give it all to one person seems to be a weaker stance as the majority hold the opinion that it must be ten different people.
