Imam Muqbil said:

فإن لم يكن هناك جرح وتعديل فإن كلام الداعى إلى الله العالم الفاضل مثل كلام على الطنطاوى ،

If there is no Jarh Wa Tadeel [praising and disparaging], then the speech of the caller to Allah, the noble scholar will be like the speech of Ali At Tantaawi.

أو مثل كلام محمود الصواف ، أو مثل كلام محمد الغزالى ، أو مثل كلام حسن الترابى ،

Or like the speech of Mahmood As Saawaaf, or like the speech of Muhammad Al Ghazaali, or like the Speech of Hassan At Turaabi.

أو مثل كلام الشعراوى ، أو مثل كلام الشيعة الرافضة ، أو مثل كلام الصوفى حسن السقاف .

Or like to the speech of Ash Sha’arawi, or like to the speech of the Shia, The Raafidah, or similar to the speech of the Sufi Hassan As Saqaaf

[The names mentioned are of well known deviants]

فأنا أقول : لا يزهد فى هذا العلم إلا
رجل جاهل ، أو رجل فى قلبه حقد ، أو رجل يعلم أنه مجروح ، فهو ينفر عن الجرح والتعديل لأنه يعلم أنه مجروح .

For that reason,I say that none turns away and leave offs this knowledge except an ignorant man, or a man whom has malice in his heart, or a man who knows he is disparaged. Thus, he turns away and avoids Jarh Wa Tadeel [disparaging and praising individuals] because he knows he is disparaged.
