Ash-Shaykh Bin Baaz, rahimahullah, said:

… لا بأس أن يمد الإنسان رجله إلى جهة القبلة حتى ولو كان في المسجد الحرام إلى جهة الكعبة لا حرج…

“… There is no harm for a person to point with his legs facing towards the Qiblah, even if he was in the Masjid al-Haraam towards the direction of the Ka’bah. There is no problem [in doing so]…” End translation. [Reference]
