Question:

If one leaks from their private parts during Salaah, does he have to repeat their prayer?

Answer:

Ash-Shaykh Bin Baaz rahimahullah, said:

… If a person were to pray assuming he is upon purity, then after he finished [i.e the prayer], he realized he wasn’t upon purity since he broke his wudhu by wind or urine or other than that, then he should repeat [the prayer] according to the [verdict] of the scholars due to the statement of the Prophet sallahu alayhi wa salam:

The prayer isn’t accepted without purification [i.e. wudhu]…

Also the lajnah have some speech on it as well:

Q: While going to the Masjid (mosque) or offering Salah (Prayer), drops of urine fall. Your Eminence, what is the ruling on my Salah, bearing in mind that some people told me to remove the spot with water only? Should I perform Wudu’ (ablution) again after washing off the spot? Guide me, may Allah grant you success!

A: You have to repeat the Wudu’ and Istinja’ (cleansing the private parts with water after urination or defecation) and wash off the spots of urine that fall on your clothes as long as you are not enuretic. However, if you have enuresis, you have to perform Wudu’ for each Salah after the time of Salah becomes due. After that, there is no harm if drops of urine are released involuntarily. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Perform Wudu’ for (the time of) every Salah.

A Side Note: If the time of the prayer has passed, then on the correct opinion of the scholars is that he shouldn’t make up the prayer. However, he should only increase in voluntary prayers on its behalf and Allah knows best.
