الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه ومن والاه.
As to proceed:
From that which has occurred upon the Islamic Nation from the Khawaarij represented in Daaesh, Al-Qaaidah, and from the Rawaafid, then they are from the saddening affairs because they attack the nation with the name of Islam and they are far from it. As for the Rawaafid, then their disbelief is known by necessity to anyone who is aware of the belief of the Salaf, companions of hadeeth.
As for the Khawaarij, then they are from the most misguided groups. I don’t know of the Messenger صلى الله عليه و سلم speaking about a group similar to it. Thus he clarified their characteristics and made it apparent as comes in the ending of the book of Az Zakat (Alms) from Saheeh of Imam Muslim and other than it from the sources.
The evil of the Khawaarj upon the religion and itss people is great and from the most apparent of those characteristics is the statement of the messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه و سلم
“they kill the people of Islam and leave alone the idol worshippers”.
That is due to their ignorance, extremism, and them being distanced from knowledge and the scholars.
Thus, I call the Muslims to learn the correct Aqeedah [beliefs] and not become misled by the people of corrupted beliefs from the Khawaarij and the Rawaafid. That which occurred from explosions yesterday, the 29th of Ramadan of the year 1437 in the land of the sacred lands, is from the rejected affairs legislatively and intellectually. This is due to that which is in it from opposition of the book of Allah Ta’ala and Sunnah of his Messenger صلى الله عليه و سلم, scaring those who are in safety, killing innocent people, and other than it such as attempting to assault those granted safety.
And the greatest of it is aggression upon the Masjid of the Messenger صلى الله عليه و سلم in the sacred Prophetic city. To make apparent the enmity of Ad-Dawaaish and those who propel them upon the Muslim countries, look at what the Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم said in regards to the affair of Madina
He صلى الله عليه و سلم said:
*«لاَ يَكِيدُ أَهْلَ المَدِينَةِ أَحَدٌ، إِلَّا انْمَاعَ كَمَا يَنْمَاعُ المِلْحُ فِي المَاءِ»
“None plots against the people of Medina but that he will be dissolved [destroyed] like the salt is dissolved in water.”
رواه البخاري (1877)
[Al Bukhari reported it as found in Hadith #1877]
وقال: *«وَلَا يُرِيدُ أَحَدٌ أَهْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ بِسُوءٍ إِلَّا أَذَابَهُ اللهُ فِي النَّارِ ذَوْبَ الرَّصَاصِ، أَوْ ذَوْبَ الْمِلْحِ فِي الْمَاءِ»*
And he صلى الله عليه و سلم said:
“None should nurse ill-will towards the people of Medina, or Allah will melt him in fire like the melting of lead or the dissolution of salt in water.
رواه مسلم (1363) وفي رواية: *«بِدَهْمٍ أَو ْبِسُوءٍ»*
Muslim reported it and in a report [with the wording] “with a sudden attack or harm”
وقال: *((اللهم من ظلم أهل المدينة وأخافهم فأخفه، وعليه لعنة الله والملائكة والناس أجمعين، لا يقبل منه صرف ولا عدل))*
And he صلى الله عليه و سلم said:
Oh Allah, he who oppresses the people of Madina and whoever frightens the People of Madinah, Allah will frighten him and incur the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people, and none of his compulsory or optional good deeds of worship will be accepted
