Let’s try to revive this sunnah in shaa Allah:

عن أنس بن مالك ، أنه كان ، يقول : ” من السنة إذا دخلت المسجد أن تبدأ برجلك اليمنى ، وإذا خرجت أن تبدأ برجلك اليسرى ” .

Anas bin Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, said:

“From the Sunnah is that a person enters the masjid with his right foot first, and leaves the masjid with his left foot first.”

[Mustadraq al-Hakim (1/314)]

Al-Imaam al-Bukhaari established a specific chapter in his book on the virtue of entering the masjid with the right foot first.
