Shaikh Abdul Muhsin al-‘Abbad (may Allah preserve him) said:
“Our Shaikh Muhammad al-Ameen ash-Shanqeeti rahimahullah mentioned that a man was intoxicated. So he urinated in his hands and then washed his face with it saying: “All praise is due to Allah who sent from the sky pure water!” The loss of intellect can lead to this, such that a man reaches this level as to urinate in his hands and wash his face with the urine. All of this is the result of this filth which is the mother of all evils”
