Shaikh Taqī ud-Deen al-Hilaalī al-Maghribī, may Allaah have mercy on him, said,

“It is not sufficient for you to read Kitaab at-Tawheed once or twice, but rather, it is necessary for you to read it continually; whenever you finish it, you begin once again from the beginning, as I myself do. This is because mankind is constantly in need of it, so that the muwahhid (person of tawheed) may increase in certainty and increase in firmness regarding it, and so that the mushrik (polytheist – one who commits shirk) may return from his shirk (polytheism) [to tawheed].” End translation.
