Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said,

“The guidance of the Prophet, sallahu alahi was salaam, was that he wouldn’t turn down what was available [i.e. from food] nor would He burden himself to obtain what wasn’t available [i.e from food]” End translation. [Zaadul Ma’aad]
