*أللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُنُونِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَالْبَرَصِ وَسَيِّيءِ الأَسْقَامِ* ‏

The Transliteration :

Allahumma inni a’udhu bika minal-jununi wal-judhami, wal-barasi wa sayy’il-asqam

*The Translation* :

(O Allah, I seek refuge in You from mental disorders, leprosy, leukederma and the worst of sicknesses)

The Hadeeth was reported by Abu Dawud and others on the authority of Anas bin Malik. And declared Sahih by Albany rahimahullah.
