علم ابنك فقه الجهاد وأحكامه
قبل أن يصبح من الفئه الضاله !!

قال العلامة صالح الفوزان حفظه الله :

1⃣ أولا :
تنظيم الجهاد والإشراف عليه
من صلاحيات إمام المسلمين.

2⃣ ثانيا :
الجهاد لا يكون بقتل المسلمين والمستأمنين، وإنما مع الكفار المحاربين.

3⃣ ثالثا :
لا يجوز قتل الكافر المستأمن والمعاهد والذمي بحجة أن الكفار الآن يقتلون المسلمين.

4⃣ رابعا :
الانتحار ليس استشهادا، لأن المنتحر يتعمد
قتل نفسه، ومن قتل نفسه فهو متوعد بالنار.

Ash Shaykh Saalih Al Fawzan said,

“Firstly arranging striving in Allah’s path and overseeing it is from the rights of the Muslim leader.

Secondly striving in Allahs’ path is not done by killing Muslims and those who have been granted safety. Rather, it is only against the disbelievers that wage war.

Thirdly, it is not permissible to kill a non Muslim that has been granted safety, or one taken as an ally, or one that is paying the Islamic state taxes (Jizyah) with proof that the disbelievers are now killing the Muslims

Fourthly, suicide is not martyrdom because the one who commits suicide has purposely killed himself and the one who does so is threatened with the Hellfire” End translation.
