🔘 رجل حافظ القرآن حليق اللحية، ورجل غير حافظ القرآن لديه لحية، أيهما يقدم في الإمامة ؟
🔷 السؤال :

رجل يحفظ القرآن ولكن ليس له لحية وآخر يحفظ منه قليلا وله لحية، أيهما يقدم إماما في الصلاة ؟
✅ الجواب :

يقدم للإمامة في الصلاة من كان له لحية مع حفظه القليل من القرآن على من يحلق لحيته مع حفظه القرآن؛ لأن الأول غير آثم بقلة حفظه، والثاني آثم بحلق لحيته.
وبالله التوفيق وصلى الله على نبينا محمد وآله وصحبه وسلم.

The Lajnah (Permanent Committee For Scholarly Research And Ifta’) were asked:

Question:

“A man memorized the Qur’aan but he does not have a beard and another man memorized a little but he has a beard. Which one should be put forth as the one who leads the prayer?”

Answer:

“The one who has a beard is put forth to lead the prayer ahead of the one who does not have a beard and has memorized the whole Quran, even though he [the one with a beard] has memorized a little amount of the Qur’an. [This is] Because the first one is not sinning due to memorizing a little while the second one is sinning due to shaving his beard.” End translation.
