“As for the wording of the Takbeer, then nothing has been authenticated from the Prophet (ﷺ), and it has only been affirmed in Musanaf Ibn Abi Shaybah from Ibn Masooud رضي الله عنه that he used to say,

اللهُ أكبرُ ، اللهُ أكبرُ ، لا إلهَ إلاَّ الله ، واللهُ أكبرُ ، اللهُ أكبرُ ، وللهِ الحمد

And it has been affirmed in the musanaf ibn Abi Shaybah from Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنه that he used to say,

اللهُ أكبرُ كبيراً ، الله أكبرُ كبيراً ، اللهُ أكبرُ وأجلْ ، اللهُ أكبرُ وللهِ الحمد

And similarly it has been affirmed from Salman رضي الله عنه . What is more suitable is the limitation upon what has come from them. ” End translation. [Taken from Shaykh Abu Ammar’s article]
