It means that a person can be blessed such that others benefit from him/her.

Shaikh Abdul Aziz ar-Raajihi hafidhuhallah said

عند قول أسيد بن حضير: (ما هي بأول بركتكم يا آل أبي بكر) أن بعض الناس مبارك، أي: جعل الله فيه البركة، فينفع الناس بتوجيهه وإرشاده، أو بشفاعته أو بماله أو ببدنه، ومن ذلك آل أبي بكر فإنهم مباركون.
وفيه: أنه لا حرج أن يقول الإنسان: هذه من بركتك، يعني من البركة التي جعلها الله فيك، هذا إذا كان الشخص مباركاً.

O the family of Abu Bakr! This is not the first blessing of yours. That is, some people are blessed. That is, Allah made them blessed so the people benefit from their guidance, direction, courage, wealth, and body. Like that, the family of Abu Bakr radiallahu anahu for verily they are blessed. In this Hadith is evidence that there is no harm for a person to say ‘this is from your blessing’, that is, from the blessings which Allah put in you. This is if a person is a blessed person…”
