Imām Ibn Uthaymīn, may Allāh have mercy upon him, said,
“It is necessary for you to rid your heart of evil omens and pessimism, to always be optimistic, to always make the world ahead of you vast, and to always make the path ahead of you open for verily the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم would love الفأل (optimism) and hate evil omens.”. End.
