Ash Shaykh Al Uthaymeen said:

“It is befitting for the individual that he pays concern to his heart and looks, is it healthy or sick? If it is sick, then he should strive the utmost striving in seeking the cure for it. If it is healthy, then he should praise Allah upon that and ask Allah to keep him firm upon it. We witness when an individuals gets sick in his limbs, a sickness in his body, he goes to every doctor so that he may attain a cure for this sickness. However, the sickness of the heart many of the people don’t pay concern to it while the sickness of the heart is more dangerous and more deadly than the sickness of the body”. End.
