Shaikh Salih al-Fawzan (may Allah preserve him) said: “That he places the fingers of his hand, which are both wet with water, upon the toes of his feet. Then he wipes towards to his shin. He wipes his right foot with his right hand and his left foot with his left hand, and he separates his fingers when he wipes. He does not repeat the wiping” [Al-Mulakhas al-Fiqhi Al-Fawzan (1/43)]
