Question:

If one gets ink on their hands which it isn’t coming off so easily, can he still make wudu with the ink on?

Answer:

Shaikh Bin Baz rahimahullah said that if the ink prevents water from reaching the body, it must be removed. And if wudu was done, the wudu must be repeated. However, if it is only color on the hands and body like black or yellow dye due to the ink and it does not prevent the water from reaching, then there is no harm.
