A few brothers once asked me about the translation of the explanation of Aqeedah Al Waasitiyah of Ash Shaykh Khaleel Al Harraas which is translated by DarusSalaam

And they pointed out some errors in Aqeedah in it, and at that time I went back to the copy which I have in Arabic and I mentioned it’s not found in it.

Recently I was listening to Shaykh Muhammad Ibn Hizaam and he mentioned one of those errors and his student replied “Ash Shaykh Al Uthaymeen said he refracted from it”.

Thus I looked in to the matter and found that the earlier prints of the book had errors in Aqeedah and then the Ulemaa advised the Shaykh and he took it back and thus the new print doesn’t have those errors Alhamdullillah

Thus it should be advised if DarusSalaam hasn’t translated the new copy with a newer translation, then the old one shouldn’t be purchased so that one doesn’t fall in to mistakes in Aqeedah.
