Shaykh Abu Abdir Rahmaan Yahyaa Bin Alee Al-Hajooree said:

“[One] should be patient with the general folk and they should be advised, especially while they don’t understand the evidences and don’t know its meaning. If the evidence have been clarified to him and the matter has been clarified to him and he understood it, and after that he still opposes and is persistent [upon falsehood], then he is joined with those whom he defends with falsehood. This is because it is not permissible for anyone to defend falsehood.”
