Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen was asked the following question:

Question: If [a person] conceals long pants in the socks that he is wearing over them, does he exit the prohibited Isbaal by this?

Answer:

What is apparent is that there is nothing (wrong) in it. However, it is from (الورع ) cautiousness to leave it because he will remove the socks.

I (Ibn Saneed) said: If he takes off the socks, he will remove the pants.

So the Shaikh said: What is apparent is that there is nothing (wrong) in it
