Question:

Is Tahiyatul Masjid offered after the Athan of Fajr Salaah?

Answer:

Some of the scholars mentioned that he has two choices:

• He can pray tahiyatul masjid and then pray the sunnah for Fajr
• He can pray the sunnah for Fajr and suffice himself with that

However,  if he has already prayed the Fajr sunnah at home, and then he were to come to the masjid. So [in that case], before him sitting,  he should pray tahiyatul masjid and Allah knows best.
